A native to Silicon Valley, Mark Calvano started his real estate career at Marcus and Millichap in 1986. Since then, Calvano has been involved in every facet of commercial real estate, including sales, leasing and asset management of industrial R&D, retail and office projects, and value-added development. Over the last 25 years, Calvano has been involved in the sale or leasing of projects totaling over 1.8 million square feet of office, retail and R&D projects valued at over $300 million.   Today, Calvano heads Calvano Development, a commercial real estate development company focused on ground-up development and value-added redevelopment of office projects in Northern California.   Calvano and his team are currently targeting projects in the Silicon Valley cities of Mountain View and Palo Alto.  

Mark Calvano graduated from S.F.S.U. 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Calvano serves as a member of the Silicon Valley branch of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC). While not actively practicing as a broker, Calvavno is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate.
