Golden Valley Plaza is a 3.3 acre freeway commercial project located on Highway 99 in Merced, CA.  The proposed plan calls for subdivision of the parcel into three pads: (Parcel A) gas station site with quick service restaurant, bank and car-wash; (Parcel B) Quick Service Restaurant; and (Parcel C) 24-hour sit down restaurant.
